Silk Flower Care:


Silk flowers are great because they last, are durable, and can be cleaned when necessary. Depending on the quality, silk arrangements can look quite real and bring as much elegance to a room as fresh-cut flowers. Keep your beautiful silk arrangements displayed indoors and out of direct sunlight so the colors do not fade. Use a light feather duster to lightly dust off leaves or flowers. Additionally, a soft, damp washcloth can also do the trick! 

 

Vase or pot: 

Just use a feather duster- no cleaning chemicals.

 

Dried Flower Care:

Dried flowers make stunning arrangements. The dried flowers bring the feel of nature into any room or office space. Dried arrangements can last a long time; however, they are fragile and need to be treated with special care. Keep them indoors, out of direct sunlight, away from heating vents, and avoid high humidity. Frequently moving or repositioning flowers and stems can cause damage and increase the risk of breaking them. They are kept clean by using a cool, low setting on a blow dryer to remove any dust.

We want all of our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. Please let us know if there are any issues (damage in shipping, custom order issues, etc.) with your product within 7 days of receipt. Once approved, we will happily refund or exchange your arrangement within 7 days of receiving your product. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
